Testometer is hiring an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive successful project delivery in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile knowledge, hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and the ability to remove impediments while ensuring continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with cross-functional teams while contributing to high-quality, timely software delivery.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor Agile/Scrum teams
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews & Retrospectives)
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders
- Track and analyze Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, and Lead Time
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
🛠 Key Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum frameworks
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello
- Agile metrics & reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
🎓 Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

- SAFe Certification
