🔍 Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisors to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our Chakan, Pune facility. The role involves planning, organizing, supervising warehouse activities, managing inventory, handling GRN and invoicing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, team supervision, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

🔧 Key Roles & Responsibilitie

📦 Warehouse Operations

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities
• Manage receiving, documentation, storage, and distribution of materials
• Ensure proper inventory maintenance and stock control
• Monitor GRN, invoicing, and accurate data entry in the system
• Handle packing, loading, dispatch, and delivery scheduling

👨‍🏭 Team Supervision

• Train, assign, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
• Allocate workloads and ensure productivity targets are met
• Maintain regular attendance and discipline within the team

🚚 Logistics & Dispatch

• Route and schedule deliveries and pick-ups
• Prepare and verify packing slips and shipment documentation
• Oversee vehicle loading and dispatch operations

🖥️ Systems & Equipment

• Operate automated warehouse systems and update records
• Maintain and monitor warehouse equipment and forklifts
• Ensure routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles

📊 Inventory & Compliance

• Maintain stock levels and space utilization
• Process requisitions and work orders for materials
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse standards
• Report errors and escalate issues to concerned departments
• Assist management in setting warehouse procedures and standards

🎯 Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Knowledge of GRN process, invoicing, and stock management
• Experience with Oracle or ERP-based warehouse systems
• Familiarity with forklift operations and warehouse equipment
• Knowledge of space utilization and storage methods
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills
• Strong team supervision and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
