This role is ideal for professionals who love deep SQL work and want to build scalable, high-performance data solutions for a fast-growing SaaS Customer Experience (CX) platform.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for high-volume datasets
- Perform SQL performance tuning to improve query execution time and system efficiency
- Build scalable data solutions that support analytics and application needs
- Analyze query plans, indexes, and execution strategies to improve performance
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to support data-driven features
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance across the platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve SQL-related performance bottlenecks
- Follow best practices for SQL coding standards and optimization
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of strong SQL development experience
- Deep expertise in complex query writing and optimization
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, indexing, and query plans
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts
- Ability to work on large-scale, high-performance data systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
